Your ticket is a revocable license. That means we can ask you to leave for disorderly conduct or if you do anything that we believe may cause a problem for you or other people around you.
You and your party assume any and all risks occurring before, during or after, including injury by any cause. You and your party release management, facility, league, participants, National Comedy Center and Lucy Desi Museum, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. You and your party consent to search upon entry and waive related claims. You and your party consent to our use of your image and likeness in connection with any live video or recorded audio, video or photographs taking place in public areas of our museum during your visit.
Museum admission is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your planned visit. Requests can be submitted on our Ticket/Questions Form. Please book a new time when you reschedule your visit.
Museums for All
The National Comedy Center and Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum are proud to participate in the Museums For All program. SNAP participants receive $2 Dual Admission per person, up to four people. Museums for All encourages people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum-going habits. Participating museums offer deeply discounted admission to any individual or group of four individuals participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) by presenting an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card.
Chautauqua County Resident
Be prepared to show a valid ID with a Chautauqua County address. Utility bills, etc. will not be accepted.
Other (Coupon, Voucher, etc.)
If you have a complimentary admission voucher/pass you can select the “Other” option above. However, in order for it to be honored upon arrival you will need to bring the original voucher/pass and present it with the tickets.

We encourage visitors to follow posted guidelines and to make personal health decisions that are most comfortable for themselves and their party. Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
