The National Comedy Center has the capacity to handle groups of all sizes, with free, convenient motor coach parking. While inside, groups can enjoy the Center independently as each guest will receive a personalized comedy experience and interactions with the exhibits based on their unique “sense of humor profile.

 

For over 25 years, the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Musuem has been welcoming group tours and motorcoaches to Lucy’s hometown of Jamestown, NY. We are dedicated to making your trip a fun and memorable experience that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come and are happy to help customize your experience based on your schedule — from a day trip to a multi-day experience allowing your guests to experience all Jamestown, Chautauqua Lake, and the area has to offer.

 

Our friendly staff can help you book themed dinners in the Tropicana Room, entertainment by comedians and musicians, one-of-a-kind shows during the annual Lucille Ball Comedy Festival and much more. We also offer group tours that include other regional attractions including historic steamboat cruises, Chautauqua Institution, museums, theaters, wineries, nature preserves, and more.

National Comedy Center

Based on Lucy’s vision for her hometown, the award-winning National Comedy Center is dedicated to presenting the vital story of comedy and preserving its heritage for future generations. Opened in August of 2018, the museum offers an unprecedented visitor experience using state-of-the-art technology, interactivity and personalization to create the first true 21st Century museum environment.

Tropicana Room at Lucy Desi Museum

Go back in time and experience this re-creation of Ricky Ricardo’s famous Manhattan night club. In the Tropicana Room, enjoy a deliciously themed meal while watching your favorite episode of I Love Lucy. Even enjoy some entertainment featuring the best up-and-coming comedians!

The Lucytown Tour

Our “Lucytown Tours” are an ever-popular guided bus tour of Lucy’s hometown that includes a friendly and knowledgeable step-on guide who will take you to places of significance in Lucille Ball’s life in Jamestown, NY and nearby Celoron. Aboard your motorcoach, you will see the house that she was born in, the house where she grew up, larger-than-life I Love Lucy murals, legendary Lucy statues, Lucy’s final resting place and much more.
