The National Comedy Center is the United States’ congressionally designated cultural institution dedicated to presenting and preserving comedy’s heritage. Join us as we develop world-class exhibits, operate a cutting-edge museum attraction, care for exclusive archival collections, and present live comedy programming.
This enriching experience offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the operations, activities, and special events at an award-winning cultural institution devoted to comedy, while gaining hands-on experience in your specific area of interest and expanding your professional network.
Participants in the paid summer internship program commit to 15-20 hours per week from late May through mid-August, with capstone events during the annual Lucille Ball Comedy Festival in Jamestown, New York.
Internships during the academic school year are available on a rolling basis, with flexible timelines and projects customized to individual students’ learning goals and school requirements.
